Rules of the Jungle

Introduction

Jungle Chaos is currently in the first version of the beta. Below are a list of the rules that will help you understand the game. This is not a final list. We will be adding more of the rules as we unlock more features from the beta. We will also be doing revisions on these rules to make sure they are clear as this is only the first draft of the rules. Make sure to follow the beta log so you know what changes, fixes, and features are being unlocked each week.

You may not register more than one account, nor register an account for a friend. We regard this as cheating and offending users will be banned from Jungle Chaos.

The beginning of your Jungle Chaos Fighter

So you just discovered Jungle Chaos! Once you have created a Reality Software Entertainment account you can log in with that account and start creating your fighter. The first fighter your create will be a professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter. You can then choose to fight in Boxing, Kickboxing, Submission Wrestling or Professional Mixed Martial Arts. You will also have the option to create an Amateur Mixed Martial Arts fighter who can also compete in Boxing, Kickboxing, and Submission Wrestling events. Once you create your fighter you will need to hire a coach to train your statistical values. You can also hire advisors but at the beginning it is not always necessary. You will make money from fighting which you will spend on training and improve other things such as coaches and advisors. You will get items as you do stuff in the game which you can use to get boosts per fight. Bonus and boosts will only last per fight. Core will last until your fighter is retired and no longer used. Jungle Chaos is a complex game but actually very easy once you spend 20 to 30 minutes understanding all of the things you can do. Read the strategy guide for tips and how to play Jungle Chaos.

Coaches

Coaches are how you train your fighter in Jungle Chaos. Each coach can be given a skill and then he has be assigned 3 statistical values to train you in. He will start at 20 in his assigned statistical values. That means he will not be able to train your bonus over 20% or your core over 2.0 until you improve his skills. He cannot be trained over 100 in his statistical values. You can choose the same statistical values for all 3 assignment slots. You can increase a statistical values however many times he is assigned the value. If you create a fitness coach with 2 speed slots then you will be able to train speed +2 every training submission.

Advisors

Advisors provide you with a lot of different options to improve your fighter in the fight, between rounds in the fight, and when you are managing your fighter preparing him before his fight. Advisors can give you access to different ways to make money other than fighting, strategy bonuses, contract perks, weight advantages, and much more. Read the strategy guide to get complete information on advisors. All advisors cost $5000 to hire and you can have an unlimited amount. Advisors will age and retire but as they age they do not lose any skills.

Event Schedule

Event schedules in the beta are currently random. However we will be running events daily and as the beta goes on we will have multiple events per day. After the beta we will be holding events each hour rotating the different event types every hour. This will be updated after the beta with a complete schedule.

The rules for Jungle Chaos Amateur Mixed Martial Arts are as follows. Non-title fights are 3 rounds that last 3 minutes. Title fights are 3 rounds that last 5 minutes. Event Contracts

Your fighter will have a contract for each event type. So a boxer will have a boxing contract and if he fights kickboxing he will have another contract. Your contract is calculated from your popularity. Each event has it's own event popularity. The fan and media popularity are global to the entire fight world. You initial contract in all of the events are $1,000 to show and $1,000 to win. You will never make less than that in your fight contract. The following will show you how your contract is calculated. Boxing equals ((Media + Fan + Boxing Event Popularity) * 1000) / 4)) so if you popularity totals 20 you multiple that by 1000 which you get 20000 then divide it by 4 which you get 5000. This means you make $5,000 to show and $5,000 to win. The other events follow the same example but with a small change to the calculation. Kickboxing equals ((Media + Fan + Boxing Event Popularity) * 1000) / 4)) and submission wrestling equals ((Media + Fan + Boxing Event Popularity) * 1000) / 6)) which does make less than any sport. Professional Mixed Martial Arts equals ((Media + Fan + Boxing Event Popularity) * 1000) / 2)) and Amateur Mixed Martial Arts equals ((Media + Fan + Boxing Event Popularity) * 1000) / 4)). When fighting your popularity increases and decreases depending on if you win or lose. If you win by knockout you get a +3, submission +3, TKO +2, and decision +1 is added to your event popularity. If you lose by knockout you get a -2, submission -2, TKO -1, and decision -1 is subtracted from your event, fan, and media popularity. Draws have no effect at all and if you draw you will only get your show contract payment. You increase your fan and media popularity from the agent which is an advisor. The agent can also get you contract bonuses and sponsorship deals. Read the strategy guide for more information.

Sponsor Contracts

If you have an agent which is an advisor you can read about in the strategy guide you will be able to get sponsorship deals which can get you money per fight and randomly. The deals vary depending on the type of event you are fighting in.

Energy

All the things you do in Jungle Chaos such as training, updating strategies, and so on will cost you energy points. Each task that you do will show you on that page how much energy and other resources are required. Each fighter has a maximum of 10 energy and then the amount they have to use. Every 5 minutes you will get 1 additional energy unless you already have 10. If you use an item from your gym bag or receive a bonus to get more energy and you already have 10 out of 10 you will still get the energy to use. If you are at the limit or have to much due to items and bonuses you will not start receiving energy from the 5 minute countdown until you have enough space.

Experience

Experience is a way to track how active you are with your fighter. Every action that improves your fighter rewards you +1 experience. This is used as a one of the metrics that builds the ranking and match matching system. When you level up you will also get special rewards such as in game money, items or other extras.

Aging

Your fighter will age one year each month on the date he was created. The aging check happens at midnight eastern timezone every day. Once your fighter is over 40 he will start to decrease in this skills. Your fighter will randomly retire after 40 depending on his morale and composure.

Achievements

Achievements are milestones you unlock through out your career and you will get rewards such as in game money, items or other extras. Check the strategy guide for a full list of achievements.

Credits

Credits are used to acquire extra items or features in Jungle Chaos that do not come with your standard account. You unlock items by doing things but if you want a certain item before a big fight but have not got it yet you can use a credit to acquire that item. Some features such as advanced scouting, ladder leagues, and complete history logging are some of the things that require credits to use. We will make these features worth the amount and clearly marked. A side note about credits are when you get them they can be used in any Reality Software Entertainment Product.

Licenses

Licenses are used for when a fighter retires and wants to keep being active in the Jungle Chaos world. You can become a legendary coach and train other fighters or become an advisor with special boosts.
